4 or 5 emails to Lizzy with no response....I am disappointed as I trusted this site and sent money because it was REQUIRED for the RX Contest...I thought the RX was better then that.

what rights do we have

this is there statement-

All monies are secured in an escrow account until the outcome of the sporting event wagered on is final. Furthermore, License holders in Panama are required to post a $500,000 bond as protection for customer deposits. Many sportsbooks claim to be bonded. Legally licensed sportsbooks in Panama are bonded.

now lizzy rose/panama gaming commission states they have the 500k bond in their control

am i wrong to say now that bond states it is for customer deposits and disputes. if that bond is used any other way like bankruptcy liability to pay utilites,employees salaryies,credit,lease...
the panam account holders can now sue the panama gaming commission/panama govt instead of the illusive management or secretive investor ownwers on the run if they dispurse that bond any other way. ironically the major owners are campaigning to run the panama govt in a few years.

what can we do to start legally to get this fvkin stallmate going. which part of the govt do we reach to now get panama gaming commission on its ass to get our bond??

Spidermonkey..can't help but comment here...When I was a Mod here I could never understand the above post when someone posted it..

Why would the MODS being silent have ANY BEARING WHATSOEVER on what the country of panama is going to do about the betpanam tits

up debacle. The MODS "MODERATE" the forum keep curse words out and flames to a min.

I am sorry but I have ALWAYS been confused with the above post. Some may try to "assist" as the general does getting people paid but they have ZERO pull and say in what the book will do about any given situation...IMO

Dante my friend.

Helping people in pay disputes is a very thankless job. I have been working on 4 cases this week with books that do not even advertise here. There are very few posters who realize the effort that we put in while trying to resolve disputes. I appreciate all opinions, but you did hit the nail on the head. Maybe the moderators here should focus on MODERATING and not assist in pay issues. It was not in our contract and as time goes by and one sees the lack of respect or even thanklessness for those who do help, then it does become depressing as I know how much time I spend trying.

I am guilty of hyping Panam. Many more mistakes may come. There was no blatant attempt to harm anyone. It was in error and in error we learn.

I care about all of the posters and will keep trying.

what happens if an official govt office has our money and it is legally ours?

what are the steps in getting our money from panama govt office?

they have and stated it is and fu(king only is for player disputes. we did the steps where is my money.

Dante I think that people take the job title moderator more serious that the name itself is because mods are frequently seen here shilling and touting books and services (ok you guys call it promoting

). General don't think some here don't appreciate the job you do here (as far as trying to help players out). Even though I never had any matter that required you to look at, I can see you are a good guy that has to "sometimes" play to the tune of a different piper. No one's perfect including myself but sometimes critism comes with the terrority.

Go2guy...I guess im speaking from experience when I was a mod I never got asked to "Shill" I welcomed new books as I did new posters but not promote them I only gave my opinion when and after I used the book and had an experience with them. thats the honest truth

DeNiro sorry buddy but no one in the good ol' USA is gonna help you get your money back. Remember it's "illegal" to place an online wager. That's the same as a drug dealer wanting to report his kilo of cocaine stolen to the police. this is the reason why many of these a-holes pull this stunt. Leave the states, open a book or work for one gaining trust, get the hype machine going, make money if your successful and/or take in money and when the going get tough split and move back to the states with a nest egg.
