The best book on the planet for dogs is bodog! GEt the name?? SOme of their dogs get 1 more point than the average book will give. But almost ALL of them get the extra .5 point

i might have phrased the question wrong. what i am looking for is the opposite of a bodog or sia. bodog and sia inflate the favorite. i want a book that might lean towards inflating the other side. not to middle, i have my own reasons.

maybe it was a stupid question...maybe there are no books around like that.

I would suggest taking a look at Pinnacle and Cascade. You might find what you are looking for there from time to time.

Blue, I have been thinking that very same thing. Most likely there are not any books that deliberatley try to make their clintele bet on underdogs as an operating model. Natrually the books that do like to gamble will have both favorites and underdogs inflated for various games depending on the information that causes the lean.

pinnacle, quiet often. but beware, when they do that, they are usually right on the money.

I don't think they are shading, but Canbet always seems to be the last to move a number on a favorite that is taking a lot of action at all the books. Usually if the number has gone up on a favorite your best chance of still getting it at the old number is Canbet much like when all the action is hitting the dog you can still get the last number at Bodog or SIA more often than not.

sometimes I wonder if Canbet knows what the hell they are doing

sure they have a huge square base, but some of their moves are just baffling. I remember watching that SEA/SA total all day (I think it was that one) and guess who got middled. I've also seen 2nd half lines 1.5 points off there, earlier in the season, but still, 1.5 points on a 2nd half is crazy, and it was on a public dog to boot. It seems that lately they are following pinnacle a little with some of their numbers, based on when they have a certain number compared to other similar books. I'm really worried about Royal, I dont get some of their decisions at all. Hopefully they have the peculiar action to make sense.

These Canbet line managers are REALLY struggling with their lines.

I'm not surprised they issued an earnings warning. They have been a human punching bag lately, making select egregious mistakes. (For example mixing up favorite and dog on 2nd half lines of 1-2, etc.).

I think Bodog is a very nice asset for the dogs. As for Canbet, they are highly regarded. Hope they right the ship.

The best dog lines I find are with my local.
