WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE. APACHE HAS BEEN NO PAYING FOR A MONTH OR SO I HEAR. IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS. DID MELVIN NOT TRAIN THEM GOOD ENOUGH.

"Or so you hear"?

Geez.

What the phuck does that mean? Could you be a little more vague, maybe move to the level of "I heard it from a friend of a friend of mine"?

(Never mind. You are already there.)

EXACTLY SIX WEEKS NOW THEY HAVE NO PAYED WITH A LAME ASS EXCUSE EVERY TIME. NOW THEY SAY THEY MAY PAY IN INSTALLMENTS AS LATE AS FOOTBALL SEASON. SUPPOSSEDLY RICH COLLINS RUNS OFF WITH 50K (SEE GAMBLING 911) AND THEY SAID THIS SAME THING. HOW THE HELL IS 50K SUPPOSSED TO SHUT YOU DOWN ON PAYOUTS FOR SIX MONTHS. WHY DON'T YOU CALL APACHE AT 1-800-416-5082 AND SEE WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

Apache has a full page ad in his magazine on page 49. Oh Sting, care to answer the question about the Apache problems?????????

Why?

Fever 911, only thing I know about Apache is Loulou recommended them.

Haven't read about anybody playing there complaining about no or slow pay, that's all.

I posed this question to Sting a few weeks ago and never got a response.

Try reading Gambling911. I rarely post here any more. I've posted everything you need to know about Apache there.

A few credit players were stiffed by Rich Collins and M&M Sports took over the post up accounts.

I do not intervene in situations related to agents due to the legality issue of accepting monies for wagering purposes within the States.

Also if you have any serious inquiries my email is STINGCC@aol.com.

The Apache ad in Casino Times News will now be replaced by M&M Sports.

Melvin at M&M is doing everything he can to make sure everybody gets paid at apache. If you have money at M&M your money is definately safe. In fact melvin has paid me $2700 out of his own pocket in the last few days to cover my apace account.

I'VE HEARD OF PEOPLE GETTING PAID FROM BOTH M $ M AND APACHE, BUT THAT WAS IN THE "PAST." WE ARE NOW IN THE PRESENT. I KNOW OF SOMEONE THAT IS OWED OVER $10,000 AND THEY HAVE BEEN PUT ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE BY APACHE FOR SIX WEEKS NOW. ONE MINUTE MELVIN IS AFFILIATED WITH THE COMPANY AND THE NEXT HE ISN'T. JERRY AND AL SAY ONE THING THAT CONTRADICTS WITH WHAT THE OTHER SAYS. BEWARE OF THESE OPPERATIONS. ONE MINUTE IT'S SAID THAT RICH COLLINS WAS AN OWNER AND THE NEXT IT'S "LOCAL SPANISH PEOPLE THAT CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH" AND "THEY WONT TALK TO YOU." THERE IS NOW NO RECORD OF THE ACCOUNT AT APACHE AND THEY SAY THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THE MONEY TOGETHER. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED ON THIS SITUATION DAILY. THEY HAVE MADE THREATS TO THE PLAYER THAT BY TALKING ON THE PRESCRIPTION HE MAY NOT GET A PENNY BACK. THOSE WORDS WERE FROM MELVIN HIMSELF TODAY. APPARENTLY MY POST WAS READ AND THE PLAYER HAS RECEIVED THE THREATS. I HAVE NO MONEY THERE AND NOTHING TO LOOSE. I DO NOT WANT THESE INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE ANY MONEY SENT TO THEM. NOT CONFIRMED YET, BUT APPARENTLY THESE CONVERSATIONS ARE ALL TAPED. OUCH

Fever's omnipresent hard-on against Melvin and M&M has apparently re-surfaced, triggered his CAPS LOCK key and is now getting in the way of his typing. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

If what he says is true,he has every reason to have a hard on for them.I'm sure we will find out soon enough.

IF it's true then you have a point, however in all of my dealings with M&M I have found Melvin to be the friendliest and straightforward BM out there. My post was just to point out that, if my memory serves correctly (I haven't done a search) that this isn't the first time that Fever has attacked Melvin.

I have no knowledge of either of these books. And would never take the word of a single poster. If you are happy with them definately continue playing with them If there is something to these claims I'm sure other people will come in.Plus its hard get all the facts from one post.good luck.

August 2001: Rich Collins people came looking for an office. They were trying to set up Mercury Sports. After some misunderstandings they decided to change to Apache Sports.

September 2001: I went to Las Vegas to meet Rich Collins trying to find out who the guy was. When I came back, Nasa's lawyer called me making fun of me and my affiliation with the Ex-Jaguar Guy.

November 2001: I realized they don't have a clue how to book. All they know is bring customers with stupid Bonus Bets and that.

January 2002: They stopped paying Las Vegas customers ( ME and SF ) and I decided to closed those accounts. Reason, the owner of Apache wired all the money to himself in Vegas. I decided to talk to them and they told me they already solved the problem with Rich Collins.

February 2002: I e-mailed all the parties affiliated with Apache notifying the closing of the company.

March 2002: Rich Collins started threatning me bacause I told the true to Las Vegas customers. I care less if I have to tell the true

Everybody that has been slow paid by Apache has to contact Rich Collins in Las Vegas. He is the one who made all the deals with Las Vegas advertisers and tout services. As a matter of fact, if you received an envelope from Apache, he was the one who signed the letter. Fever, you won't collect a penny from me. Believe me when I tell you. All I was trying is to help. Everybody is getting his money back but, because you are mad, you think you'll get your money bad mouthing me.

WRONG WRONG. I was the first one to notify the Apache money flew to Vegas. Your money is not in Costa Rica.

I have all the copies of the money wired to Las Vegas and the money Rich collected there.

Fever, we both were F*UCKED on this deal.

Dear Gentlemen,

Due a series of incidents in the last few weeks, I'm forced to close down operations
of the infamous Apache Sports.

Reasons

Lack of financial back up that Rich Collins has at this moment
Mismanagement of the company
$ 25.000 collected in Las Vegas by RC that never came back to the customers money ( ****---**** )
$ 50.000 wired to Las Vegas to RC to cover fake investments ( Wired by Western Union )
Lack of documentation of the expenses in Las Vegas
The bad publicity my name is getting by me trying to pay the customers without being my responsibility
The No Juice idea ( The worst )
The lack of leadership shown by Las Vegas partners
_________________________________________________________________________________________________

I'm not going to tell the customers that the owner went to Alaska as per Rich Collins instructions
I will tell the customers the truth because that's what has to be told
I have received several phone calls advising me to stay clear of RC
****/**** is trying to freeze my Western Union accounts because they believe I'm associated with Apache Sports
I have receive several e-mails threatning me and threatning my organization

Hello Melvin from *****,

You gotta do what you gotta do.

The only thing missing from this story is the backup evidence on the wu money allegedly sent Rich that you promised me many times.

As you know I am not legally entitled to any of this information but it is certainly something I would personally like to know being Richs' long time friend. He told me I could see anything I want.

Anyway you will do what you want here as well.

Best regards,

******

If you want more evidence please advice.

I AM NOT THE OWNER OF APACHE. I'm on the middle of a f*ucking war with these low lifes in Vegas

Would you let me work and try to get your money back?

ONCE AGAIN. I AM RIGHT. I MUST REALLY LOOK LIKE A GENIUS. MELVIN ADMITS TO WRONG DOING. THE GENUIS IN ME TELLS THE TRUTH. GO SEND THEM SOME MONEY SUNDEVIL, AND DON'T EVER TELL ME NOT TO USE CAPS. THINK OF SOMETHING BETTER TO WRITE. REMEMBER ALL, DON'T SEND THESE GUYS MONEY. SUNDEVIL YOU SHOULD THOUGH. MELVIN HOSTED THESE PEOPLE AND WAS VOUCHING FOR THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND HANDLED THEIR PHONE CALLS AND TALKED THEM UP, TOLD PEOPLE WHERE TO SEND THE MONEY TOO. I SEE BIG TIME AFFILIATION. THIS STORY WILL BE ONGOING AND I WILL ALWAYS LET THE PRESCRIPTION READERS KNOW HOW THIS SITUATION TRANSPIRES. THE PHONE IS STILL ANSWERED BY APACHE. THE WAGERS ARE STILL TAKEN AT THE SAME PLACE AS M AND M. WHO HAS THE MONEY. ARE YOU SAYING THE CO. STARTED WITH LESS THAN 50K WORKING CAPITAL. PLAYERS BEWARE.
