Why does Royal come in and post about its bonuses, but refuses to respond to Velton's thread?

They gladly came in when Jazz had questions about his bonuses, but are nowhere to be found to respond to Velton's post, zack's post that his friend is owed 25k, and earl's post.

Makes me sick!!! And they continue to let the guy bet hoping he will lose all his money while if he wins, they will not pay him!!!

It appears to be being handled as well and as quick as possible considering all the issues ...Would you rather "your book" be getting ripped off, or would you rather see "your book" take proper procedures to assure fair play?

Its not just one players money at stake, if bonuses were received improperly and fraud was committed I would want a book I was playing with to have the ability to correct the problem...in the long run it hurts everyone...I think Royal is doing the right thing...

Royal has been in personal contact with velton and he is aware of what is going on. Earl has not gotten me any details. Surfboard made a comment he had a friend owed. No emails received.

Lots of questions. I have advised Royal to expedite and when they get the info from neteller, that will help.

Hopefully, if they cannot show evidence of some mis-doing they will make veltons payout top priority.

Actually Royal could benefit from a more vocal presense here at The Rx. The posts in Jazz's thread were made by the newly created Royal Marketing poster, and are most welcome. I can understand why management would not want to get into constant replies to redundant questions regarding the Velton issue, but some response would be helpful. On the other hand HTRC has been keeping the forum updated fairly well in the original thread.
