OKLAHOMA – As reported by the Native American Times: "A bill regulating Oklahoma's gaming industry has passed the State Senate. Senate Bill 553, the State-Tribal Gaming Act, passed by a vote of 30-18 following several hours of floor debate. The measure now moves to the House.
"The legislation would allow horse racetracks to offer the same electronic gaming machines that tribal casinos currently can, including Class 2 games, pull-tab and bingo.
