BETPANAM has new withdrawal policy???

Did anyone get this:

Im not sure if this is standard I requested a withdrawal and still have not recieved it, I cc to that panama gaming board email and got this response. Why do I need a call center password if I already requested the withdrawal online logged in?

THEY USED TO ASK ME FOR THAT PASSWORD TOO, TO PUTMONEY ONTO THE FLEX CARD...

OF COURSE THAT WAS BACK WHEN THEY ACTUALLY PAID OUT....

AND "LIGHTNING FAST"...

I READ YOUR TITLE OF PANAM'S NEW WITHDRAWAL POLICY, I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA SAY

"PLEASE DONT MAKE ANY"....

I thought maybe it was new because they never asked for it the first time.

I used NETeller for depositing and withdrawing and had to provide the same info. That was several months ago though.

I think that there new policy is this

"NO PAYOUTS WILL BE REQUESTED FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR FROM SAID TIME THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS HAVE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, OR UNTIL YOU DIE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST!"
