Anyone play the contest in Betcom.com ?
I have played it and won the 3rd place 3 wks ago.But right now I never get their announcement for the prize.
I sent 3 emails,2 messages.No response !
After then,I called them and tried to explain about my situation and their responsibility for my prize but they intentionally pretended not to know and they didn't resolve my case.
I think this contest is a scam ! And the Customer Service of this book is so bad !
