For marketing purposes...

Like, if I was to hire somebody that has a list and/or a package, where can I go about finding that out?

Without having to use the phone at all?

Anybody?

Is this like a taboo subject?

I'm asking out of curiosity, it would be very good to have one...

when you hire someone you are taking on a risk. what you are doing is trying to find an easy way to limit or eliminate that risk.

Before hiring them do the following:

1. Ask for references and check them
2. Ask the references for references
3. drug test
4. credit check
5. criminal background check
6. visit to the employees home
7. Interview neighbors
8. Personality profile testing

If they meet your needs then hire them on a 'probationary' basis where you can evaluate them.

1. Use hidden cameras to monitor work area
2. log all websites visited
3. make copies of all emails sent and received
4. tape record all phone conversations
5. monitor all incoming and outgoing fax documents
6. pre-screen all mail and fed ex pkgs

Just to be safe you should also search the employee for the following anytime he/she enters or leaves the workplace:

1. file storage devices of any kind
2. cameras, recorders
3. any paperwork containing usefull information

If they make it through the first 1 or 2 years of this treatment I would think you would have an employee you could trust.

good luck

actually I have two more ideas for that

1) remove all floppy/zip/cd-r drives from the computers , that will diminish the risk of theft of files by taking them in floppies etc

2) get a software for computer monitoring, there are quite a few good packages out there , you will be surprised with what you find but depending on where you are you might have to make sure you state that you monitor the activity that is taking place in YOUR computer so they shouldnt expect privacy there

WOW
What job are they applying for.... The CIA or an NSA job???

My advice:
Check for a nice round juicy ass and good boobies.
Face is optional.
Check for previous boyfriends (you don't want a 6'3, 250 pound phucker after you)
And check if she has filed a sexual harrasement law suit in the past 6 months. Just in case

I second "The General" on this one!

Now, what constitution are we to go by, USA's or Costa Ricas'. Hmmm...

Man, someone over here has got to know. Really.
