Recently a female friend of my cook has been stopping by once a week just to shoot the chit. My cook finds out and starts acting differently. The cook had not been contacting the friend for awhile. I was not aware of a problem.

The friend advises me of the problem, so I go to work and ask many questions as to why she feels there is a problem. I get her side of the issue and then with her permission, I confront the cook head on and say, what is the problem between you and your friend.

The cook get defensive and sad because her friend brought it to my attention. They both had intentions of arguing their case and it would have went bad, so I explain to them both that no good will come from arguing and fighting, whatever the problem is. Let's discuss and react proactive.

It turns out to be a jealousy thing of course over this loser who posts on the internet 1300 times a month. LOL

All is well now and I can thank all of the 100's of people I have dealt with in arbitration here.

Why does life seem so easy to me, but yet so hard for others?

Thanks
