Free for players but it is not a charitable organization, last time I checked. % or flat fee answer.

I think it's 3.9% on deposits no max. And 2% on withdrawals for max of $30 per $2500. SOme of the larger books may have been able to negotiate something better, but no one should be paying anything worse.
