At the very present time, we have no offers to bring public at this time.

Does this mean there will not be one in the future?

Well, we have seen books offer bailouts in the past, so I would be more optimistic than not.

Lets keep a shimmer of hope alive and hope PANAM pays up.

thanks fish for the reply

fishead or general can you find out for us -the panam account holders

how long can a book not give a payout while still in business?
is it in the panama gaming commission regulations? there has to be a certain time limit.
can you call them and find out?
the regulation stated the 500k bond was for players in dispute. can you find out from them exactly yes or no if there is a bond.

thanks fishead & general

thanks again

I will assure you that even if there is a 500K Bond posted(which I doubt now), that it will not be used to pay players.

There will be a bailout, merger, or payoff well before you see the truth about this bond.

Please prove me wrong.

Would you rather wait or at this point accept some sortive bailout...Who knows if one even exists, but I ask you because I know your are owed more than most from what I have seen....If you were to accept a bailout with some extreme rollover, and then BPA ended up paying all remaining accts...This would be just as bad almost, for anyone who decided to accept a bailout...I think the mods want to exhaust the original plan (and that is for BetPanAm to do what they promised)

I really hope everyone gets ALL they deserve!

one book already offered a bailout. 100% match. 10x roll.

I dont think you will see much better than that.. maybe a 7x. but I think they will all be matches.

journey thanks for your reply

that was why i wanted to find out about the timeframe of when a sportsbook will not pay a customer while still in business. i was wondering if we can get that info from the panama comm. also is it legal under regulations to accept deposits during this time or even betting on a existing account. should a sportsbook have a liescence during this time and have it on probation untill players are paid.

your question concerning me. this past 4 weeks was fukin terrible. i couldnt enjoy my fuking superbowel and feel violated. someone is stealing my goddamn fuking money!!!!!

i will like to get my money and everything will be fine.i will only deposit at olympic and pinn. i tried panam because of the 500k bond and supposedly higher standards of regulation by panama that was trumpeted by this forum site.there are majority of guys here would of never put a penny in there without the overwhelming edorsement and false security.

journey when is too long??? 4 more weeks?

i dont blame anyone really. even scotty and bill wanted to suceed. but i dont appreciate the lies.

so how can we move on? yes if i knew 100% they would pay i would wait more weeks. but where is the money coming from? when is too long

i better stop here, im beginning to write the same thing over again
