Any sportsbooks behind them. are they on the up and up???? how come nobody uses Prepaid atm to fund sportsbook accounts???

Pretty sure there are no books behind them. Neteller has always been a more attractive option.

Recent changes in PPATM's policies have made Neteller even more attractive. Expect to see PPATM getting even less marketing push from the books/casinos now that the changes have taken place.
