I have an old account with hollywood but it is still active. I called customer service to inquire about reloading because of the reduced juice. she informed me that i needed to email will. I was under the impression that if you have an account there you are atoumatically guaranteed the reduice vig. Does anyone know what the deal is?
Hollywood is offering two options. One option is to be entiled to re-up bonuses and net loss bonuses. The seocnd option is to get the reduced juice. The default is the former. So if you want to the reduced juice you need to contact Wil. He'll switch your account, and send you an email explaining what you are and are not entitled to as a result of choosing this option
