Though I have no knowledge of Brown`s status tonite, my guess is Lutz(who is as straight-arrow as they come) will sit Brown until the legal questions are answered. And yes, Brown might not have played anyway because of injury. I am a season ticket holder and one just can`t trust Charlotte. They play super defense and are deep, but they live and die heaving the 3. When it is string music, it is pretty. BUT... Brown can go 8 for 12 or 2 for 16; he`s often out of control.
