PanAm is nothing but a scamming operation from day one! Hell every time I called Scotty answered the phone! What, no clerks?? Its a red flag when you call a shop and the manager keeps answering the phone,lol! Usually they hide! I know posters will say that its better for Scotty to answer the phone! Come on guys, how many other shops that you call have their #1 guy answer the phone all the time??
