1)Use the smartest guys around numbers-IOW look at what guy's like Henry, Spiro, Bookybashr, maybe an exchange, think various things are worth by how they move there lines and extrapolate from there.
2)Use historical lines, IOW last time La played Phx the line was 8, why isn't it 8 now.
