I used to race harnesshorses at Monticello,NY...Great little trackin the Catskills..would recommend to all.....I knew one driver there that used to stiff so many horses by getting boxed in his arms were sore the next AM from holding the horses. He had several pullers in his barn and he would be at the drugstore downtown buying anacin 2or 3 days a week...One day the drugstore was closed..He had to drive 20 milesin a blizzard to get Anacin...the guy wouldnt use bufferin or the like...go figure....He wrecks his car and guess who has to pick him up...I asked him where the heck he went in a darn snowstorm...he tells me the monti drugstore was closed due to the storm.The worst thing was he tells me he blew $800 on the last race .His arms were so sore the damn horse got out and finished 3rd...and blew his trifecta wagers....
