Have only played at WSEX and PARTYPOKER in the last 6 months.
Just based on software, I give a small edge to WSEX.
Love the sportsticker in the WSEX room also.
All in all, Partypoker and WSEX are my two favorite card rooms and I cannot see you going wrong with either one of them.

www.pokerstars.com is the best site on the net. Only problem is if you are not real good at poker, then dont go to this site as the sharks hang out at this site. This is the site where the guys on TV qualify for the tournaments if they didnt want to pay the $1000-10000 entry fee. Plenty of chances to qualify for the TV poker games at only between 2-20 entry fee!
Prelude, True Poker has by far THE best graphics on the internet, PERIOD! I started playing there about 3-4 years ago and loved it. I haven't been there in a while cause I haven't really played much online poker in the past 2 years. The 3D graphics will blow your mind. It's sort of a big D/L but you get what you wait for, trust me.
