Not sure who made the better trade...most NBA trades are made for salary-cap reasons (instead of improving talent)...for example, I doubt Atlanta plans to keep Wallace...they just want his cap-room. As for Wesley Person, he barely plays...but he makes about $7 million, so teams (Cleveland, Memphis, Portland, Atlanta) trade him back and forth...when his contract expires, his team will have about $7 million to spend on a free-agent......
But I think Portland made a VERY nice move by getting Dan Dickau in the deal...the Blazers have been trying to improve their image in the Portland community...what better way than to add Dan Dickau, a somewhat local golden-boy from Gonzaga?
