I saw one last week at +117 so I have no idea what they were trying to do.
Pinnacle bets also so they may be trying to manipulate line movements in shops who only move the number and not the juice.

Pinnacle's flat line is -05, so Cavs -3 1/2 lay -08 is pretty much like Cavs -3 1/2 lay -15 any where else, -3 1/2 -115 is basically the same as -4, so not really anything wierd about that number.
On the total the middle line ac**** the board is 198 1/2, 199 under -115 would pretty much be the same number, in Pinnacles -05 flat terms, under -08 would be about the same. So as Apollo says they want over money, or they like under, or both.

most shops had 198.5 or 199 wether they were a reduced vig shop or not....Pinnacle was offering the juiciest line if you like the over & the worst line if you like the under...
I would suggest that over 199 + 110 is more valuable than over 198.5 -105. I beleive that 15 cents for that 1/2 point will make u money in the long run...now there may still have been the odd 198 out there but there were none posted on the RX live line.

Savant- From a technical standpoint no.
But on TNT games if the OVER moves up 2 or more points, I usually like to side with the UNDER at the BEST possible number I can gobble up.
All in all, do what YOU think is best here as I have no opinion basically other than the TNT factor mentioned.

at one point pinn had that game at 81o16 compared to 81.5 ac****..... they must of being getting action on the over so they moved the line to 81.5o38? they only way in my opinion is to watch the lines all day long and then you MAY be able to figure out what is going on with the lines. SPORTSAVANT why would you consider that to be an opinon from pinn? my opinon they moved the line up due to action.
