WOW...Do you guys want me to send in my Resume...I would be more than happy to come in there & try to turn things around (for a decent salary of course)...I mean it seems as if you guys are in disarray...
1) First of all the link in the upper left hand corner of the RX page doesnt work even though your site is up...dont you care that you are not getting your advertising dollars?!?!?!?...dont you have people checking these things?!?!?!?!
2) You do not reply to your emails...I sent an email to the address above 24hrs ago...it didnt get bounced back but I never got a reply...hence why I asked the question here?...do you think that brings confidence to new customers...Now you want us to mail you at hotmail? come on...IN THIS DAY & AGE PEOPLE WANT TO BE ABLE TO BET ONLINE...
3) If your email is not working post it on the site...how many potential cx's do you think you are losing when emails go unanswered?...these days consumers demand excellence in cx service!!!
There are too many things going on that you guys are doing WRONG...who is in CHARGE & how can they tolerate it? It is a business...How do you excpect to get ahead in this industry?
I am not trying to bash, I promise, but my only conclusion can be that you guys are perhaps drinking a bit too much or smoking a bit too much...If it is true that there are deep pockets backing you, you need someone to come in there & clean up shop.
What can you tell us at the rx to bring back confidence...
1) Do You have deep pockets?
2) what other books are you associated with?
3) do you admit at least in great failings this past month?
4) what steps are you taking to make changes going forward?
