I downloaded Spybot and now can get into my account

I had to download spybot for another program and now everytime I try to log into my offshore account it's telling me there is something wrong with cookies session or my I have waited to long to log in. Any solutions?

Bigfan, I have been using spybot for over 1 yr..no problems....I would check your security settings on your BROWSER under INTERNET options...

I didn't change them. Did another program maybe? What should they be set at?

bump.. can anyone help? I seem not to be able to log in to any of my accounts using netscape.

i think spybot automatically deletes suspicious cookies. i'd use the manual manual and then have it ignore the sites cookies after it scans and before you click fix problems.

in expert mode you may be able to have the program always ignore certain sites.. not sure tho.

Bigfan, did you get a firewall recently?

Ok, open Spybot and click EXCLUDES on the bottum left hand side. Next click COOKIES You will see a list of cookies that are stored in your Netscape. Next check the cookies you DON'T WANT cleaned when Spybot cleans the usage tracks (cookies) Look for the cookies that have the address your having problems with.

You should be all set.
