All monies are secured in an escrow account until the outcome of the sporting event wagered on is final. Furthermore, License holders in Panama are required to post a $500,000 bond as protection for customer deposits. Many sportsbooks claim to be bonded. Legally licensed sportsbooks in Panama are bonded.

You have to read carefuly...

Legally licensed sportsbooks in Panama are bonded.

If this statement is true, then PanAm was obviously not legally licensed!
