Time Zone, the gaming arcade chain, is discussing with Ayala Corporation’s subsidiary, Philking Restaurants Development Corporation, which runs the 30-strong chain of Burger Kings in the city, the possibility of legally linking gaming with fast foodwhere they might prove to local authorities that fast food and gaming machines are “generally wholesome.”
The first such partnership would evolve locally, in the Philippines most populated city. The partnership might also involve Time Zone arcades in other fast food outlets such as Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Mister Donut, and become linked with products such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
