I need some advice from my HIP bros........

I rent out two spare bedrooms in my house so I have two tenants, both women, one on the way out and one staying. The one staying is early thirties, quite hot and just brokeup (amicably) with her boyfriend of many years this past summer. She still sleeps over at his place once a week even though she moved in here a few months ago. I had to go into her room recently to check out the sealant on the window when she was out and the bottom drawer of her dresser right beside the bed was open. Lo and behold, a vibrator. Let's just say that I am extremely horned up over this.

So today, I had to go in there again (while the house was empty he he he) and I see she just bought 4 rechargeable AAA batteries to go along with a g spot vibrator. The 7" one already has 2 AA rechargeables in it. I did happen to note a battery recharger but it didn't register at the time what that was for or where the batteries were going.

I would love to jump her bones but I would also hate to lose a tenant who pays on time and actually cares about my house. Besides I would hate to get into serious trouble for invading her privacy albeit by mistake. Should I pretend I know nothing and keep it platonic even though it would probably kill me knowing full well she's is not queen of her county or should I try something and risk losing her?

Logans- I feel you were wrong to go through her stuff. Those things belong to her and you should respect her space and her privacy. I can't say don't try to tap it because I would try to nail a subway train if I was horny enough but you might want to keep her as a tenant and chase someone else.

All sex comes with a price. Sometimes the price is clear and upfront, while other times it can be very difficult indeed to calculate. In this case the price is having to find another tenant, the lost rent in the meantime and the risk of the next one not being as reliable etc. Divide that by the number of times you bang her and you get the cost per hit. If it's a fair market price based on how good she is, then I say go for it. Otherwise you should look for a better deal.

Sorry to take all the romance out of it but unfortunately that's just the way it is. GL in any case
