what should i do with these guys?

i rented a new house. the rental started on the 1 feb 04. so i checked with the guys that rented the house (3 men) on Thursday if everything was ok with the house. the guy that actually signed for the contract (1 of these 3) told me that he will not be available for handing over the keys on the 1 feb because he is going to berlin but will be back on Sunday and we made an appointment for 7p.m CET. Last Friday i had a look at the house and it was horrible. they just started removing their furniture. luckily the guy that owns the house was available (he lives in South Africa but due to the death of his father was back in Germany). He assured me everything would be fine by Sunday. Ok - the guy was not there at 7 pm yesterday. today i contacted the owner and he told me to get some company for opening the house as no one had keys and the former renter did not show up and we could not contact him as he simply disappeared. then there was one guy of the 3 left who did not have any new accomodation. so i told him last week he could stay in the house until Wed this week and look for something new but on Wed he has to leave. Guess what. He stayed, was neither in yesterday nor today and now the house is like a trashhole. it is full of trash. the guy simply left a total mess. alcohol everywhere, cigarettes and all shit, his clothes are everywhere, he used the kitchen but we told him not to use it. we told him to sleep at the bar downstairs - he slept in the sleepingroom (despite the fact it was empty he had a tv there as well as alcohol and so) and the house smells like a trashcan. they even did not remove anything from the house and everything is left as we saw it on Friday. It looks like the actual renter disappeared and this guy was left back. today after getting new keys he could not get back into the house and never ever will again.
What would you do with the guys clothes?
What would you do when you ever find out where the former renter lives?
What would you do with the guy that left the house on a total mess?

no. this is not a joke. i will make some pictures tomorrow and post it here.
When you rent a house in Germany you have to pay 3 rents in advance which the owner keeps in case you disappear. you get that back when you move out. the owner, the fool already paid back these 3 rents to the guy and now he is gone and does not care anymore as it seems. i am sure the new adr. he gave to the owner is wrong.
