Above is the email I received from Sportsfanatik.
They closed my account and would not release my remaining balance until they receive all documents from me and two other players who stayed in my condo community. The reason my account was flaged for audit because several player shared the same address since we all lived in the same place. I sent them all of my documents but they wanted me to locate two other players before they can release my money. Can they do that?

Fourth I would try to do everything I could to satisfy their requirements. Make it impossible for them to say you did not supply the required documentation.

I sent them all of my documents but they wanted for me to locate two other players who stayed around here. How in the hell can I do that? For those who think I am a scammer-f**k you all. How in the hell could you accuse me of something like that? Their supervisor told me that the other two accounts were closed 2 years ago but since they all had the same address therefore their system would flag and I had to comply with them no matter what.

they should have all the info for the other guys, so just walk over and talk to them...if they've moved, there's nothing you can do.

Bryan, if I were to ask you to send in your documentations on my behalf; would you do it especially there is nothing in there for you? This is just a way for them not paying players. By the way, I wished I had seen this book on sportsbook review before signed up with them which currently rates this book as a "D" overrall and reports one of the books with the highest customer complaints.

This stinks of scam. I mean cmon the odds of two other people at the exact same address using the exact same offshore book and this guy doesn't claim to be in cahoots. I'd win powerball first. Now if they tried some betcbs bullshit where it was the same state i'd be on his side. But the EXACT same address? Cmon george, put down the mouse

Areeff, you are a dumbest son of a b..tch. Didn't you understand that people living in the same apartment complex or condo community all share the same address with the exception of the unit number. The book admited the fact that there were three different people playing from where i am living which is a condo community. That they wanted me to locate two other players for them. Please read carefully next time before making your judment.

Yeah i'm the stupid one. The odds of a single person within 1 square mile of me playing at that group with me is slim to none, let alone in the same housing community.

I dont buy it. I stick with the previous assumption that you've recruited these guys for whatever purpose.

Did the book say that all the bets came from the same ISP # if they are different then like I said before you are being taken for a ride

Areef,
Before you side with the book, let me tell you that Sportsfanatik and Sportsbook which are the same, usually have their signs at Daytona 500 which is about 20 miles from where I live. You stated the odd of single person with a square mile of you playing at the same book is slim to none which might be true if you are living in North Pole. Several of my friends are playing at Pinnacle and we all are living within few miles among ourselves. I guess you would say it is impossible then.

General,
As of today, I sent them all of my personal information as requested but that was not enough for them until they receive documentations from two other players. They still are holding 450 which I am not sweating over but just dont like the way they are jacking me off. Also, I really dont see why they would do that, so what if three people from a same community playing with a same book.

mvbski,
I can assure you that my computer is off limit to everyone else. They told me that they dont suspect any foul play here but their system would raise a flag if the address is the same for more than one account. I have been trying to explain to them over and over this is a large condo community where there are over 200 units but it is so hard to explain something like that to someone from a third world country. I can understand they got screwed before and are taking extra cautions but they shoulb be able to treat each case individually. All I asked for them is to credit back to my credit card and simple as that.Isnt that too much to ask?

I've played at Sportfanatik on and off for over 3 years. I've never had a problem receiving a payment; usually they were in excess of a dime or more, so they weren’t big payments by some standards. In fact, I just received a payment from them. I consider them a nice out and they pay with fewer hassles than I’ve had at some of the “name-brand” books.

But, I'm not siding with the book. If areeff is telling the truth, SF should pay him. It's not his problem if another player is living in the same condo community (fortunately, I don’t live in a community where I could get mixed up with someone else). But I’d lay odds we aren’t hearing the full story—something smells fishy.

The problem you are having is that you are forced to del with the cs people. You not only have to convice them of the truth, but you need them to be willing to speak to and convice the people in the security departmnet. The reason why this may never get resolved to your satisfaction is that they may never allow you to speak directly to the person(s) who are actually responsible for resolving this issue.

the sportsbook.com family are greta books when you don't run into any problesm. But when yo have a problem, it is extremely difficult to get it resolved
