Problem with Bodog

I just signed up for my first online account with Bodog. I put a little bit of money just to see how it would work.

I then forgot my account number so I signed up again. I wanted to put more money in so I used a different account. I used the same name and address.

Later I called Bodog because I cashed out a $130 and had not seen it my account. I told them I had two accounts.

Because I opened a second account, my money is frozen, I cannot even log into my account. I have tried contacting everyone at Bodog including the president and told them that I acknowledge being stupid for forgetting my account number. I even acknowledge being stupid for not knowing that having two accounts was a problem, but I cannot log into my account and they have not paid me the $130.

Everyone I have dealt with has been rude and no one seems to understand this is an honest mistake by a new person.

I don't even know why it is an issue there signup and reload bonus are the same and the only reason they found out I had a second account is because I called them and told them.

Have many people had problems with Bodog?

It's common procedure that accounts are frozen if you have multiple accounts. However, from the sounds of it you aren't dealing with big money here, so they shouldn't be too concerned that you are scamming them. Simply offer to give up one of the bonuses you received. If the story is as told, you should have it resolved it fairly quickly. Can't comment on Bodog's customer service as I have never played there.

St Louis - The General has sent an EM to Bodog to notify them of this post. You can try calling them and mentioning the Rx. post or wait until they respond either to you directly or here in this thread.

Thanks for your responses. As I said this was my first time out. I have called and emailed. I don't care about the bonuses and you are correct, it is VERY little money.

I will try again.
