Yes I spoke to him Friday (6:01am - Pacific Time) and he is HOPING that everything will be processed today. He seemed very sincere over the phone and I definitely would have 'faith' in him. However he isn't one of the 'so-called' investors in the company though.

As I have been saying since Wednesday morning, after 11:59 AM EST this Friday morning, I persoanlly could care less what ANYBODY from PanAm told me unless it would provide an INSTANT PAYMENT method to its customers.

INSTANT being for instance giving one the oppurtunity to put in a Neteller request and have the money in ones Neteller account in less than 30 miniutes like PINNACLE and other shops do.

i'm not ivan. re read my post. i don't know if she is sick or not. i just said it would be a good lie so scotty can avoid the avalanche of calls that i'm sure they are getting.
if she really is sick and in the hospital, i apologize. its just that everything coming out of panam is a lie, so just because they say something, doesn't mean i have to believe it.

Ivan, it's quite simple. Once one tells one lie, nothing you ("you" being Scotty) say after that can be believed - nothing. We can point to numerous lies of his on these boards this week, therefore nothing (even about his wife, which is sad if true) he says can be believed.

This is the life he has chosen.

Cant blame Shrink for this one. He did his homework as well as I. He was at the same meeting when I was when we met the investors. We talked in great detail about what was here.We are friends and the talk wasnt just about business it was how good a situation it looked for me. That was the purpose of his trip down here. Is he responsible for the Investors freezing some funds while they argue it out? No. There is no way for him to know all that. I am not in here defending anyone. Not paying players when they request it is inexcusable. Will this hurt our business. Yes ..Take us back to the first day. Are we taking in money right now. No. We are not doing a whole lot right now but trying to get this money in here and get it back into the players hands. Do i think money will go out today. Yes, But I also thought that yesterday. Is there a bond to secure your funds. Yes. Would you get the money today if the place went under. No, But within a few weeks of that it would happen Yes. Do you think BetPanAm will close the dorrs. No, there is too much at risk for that to happen. Thats why Shrink and everyone who has been here was so secure about this location. Will Scottybe here at the office today(Friday) Yes. Will you get to talk to him. Some Yes and some No. Only due to the fact I have been on the phone for the last 10 days straight. And thats why sometimes it gets redirected to others. I am simply on the other line or there are 4-5 waiting. I was away from the office yesterday But I am back today. The best way to reach me again is at scotty@betpanam.com .
