What is going on with the B.S. restriction on the string ROSS (R 0 S S)? Apparently, some have accused someone with this name of being involved with the DOS attacks. Unfortunately, the RxForum seems to be obliterating any string containing r-o-s-s, including the common word a-c-r-o-s-s, replacing it with ac****.

The censorship in this site is becoming quite an albatross.

I sort of got that. However, I think the Rx is carrying censorship too far, when you can't write a phrase like "across the street". This site talks about a lot of people with pending court cases. Big f***ing deal. If this R o s s guy is behind the DOS, he is fair game. If he is not, then people can come forward to refute the accusations and demand evidence. Why should this guy get such special treatment that any occurence of that 4-letter sequence gets flagged?

If Shrink ever gets in trouble, are we going to turn the words kentucky amd kennel into ***tucky ***nel?

Over use of censorship is hurting this forum.
