IF for some ungodly reason neteller ever went Tits up you can still go here..

go2guy....no its not a betpa card at all .. You can get it THRU neteller....its free its on the site you can use it as a debit card at stores or to get your cash from ANY atm

I guess betpa uses that also..FSV..so the people that have the money on there flexcard still have access to it if bet Pan placed it on there before they went slow pay???

excellent info Dante...I've only used the card once so far, but very convenient. The fees suck, but that link provides about 50 in my area...
