OK ALL HERE IS THE WHOLE STORY:

As some of you are aware, I put up a post the other day on the Prescription about BML Sports to see if there is any chance that I would get paid the money that they owe me. I did not insult BML or accuse them of anything evil, I was just trying to see if anyone could help me.

Well, the General offered to help and many of you wrote in with your stories and words of encouragement and I very much appreciate the General's help and all of your words.

Well - now I want to tell you the entire story and I intend to keep posting this story here and on the other site across town so that no other naive gambler will fall victim to BML Sports.

I deposited money with BML and lost about 60% of it. I requested a payout of $1,000 in March. My payout was never made and when I called BML to find out why, I was simply told that the payout was cancelled and that all I could do was request another payout, so I did. Again, that payout was never made. Moreover (now it was middle of April) the BML website was constantly down). I did receive the following e-mail from Adrian at BML:

"Dear Customers,

Greetings from BML SPORTS. It lies within my responsibility to inform you of the misfortunate accident that has kept us from processing withdrawals today. All the pending withdrawals listed on today's Redemption quota have been damaged and we lie unable to proceed and deduct the funds. With all the concern that this naturally raises we would kindly ask you to please repost a request for the amount needed. We would like to regard this incident as the last in a long list of unexpected inconveniences, but I'm afraid we could not take on this rather normal step of accounting (processing) until the following week. Without further adieu, www.bmlsports.net is expected to finally run flawlessly during late hours of this evening and all is left is to once more beg for your patience. I would be available for consultation starting Thursday April 17th during all working hours. In the meantime, all of bml's personnel is fully aware of this incident and will gladly guide you through a new issuing of withdrawal.

Yours,
Adrian Chase
Customer Service Dept. Head"

So I called BML and made another request. I was told that my request would be paid in about two weeks, when I asked why so long, they said that they were having trouble because it was slow and the site was down. I accepted this and waiting.

Two weeks later, once again, no payment. I called back again and spoke to Adrian. He told me that he would pay me eventually, but that I would have to wait a few weeks. Obviously, I was upset and asked him if he was stealing my money. He started screaming at me and hung up. I called back and he would not take my calls because I was so rude. I offered to apologize, but he would not get back on the phone. Eventually, I sent an e-mail saying sorry and asking to be paid. I received no response.

I kept calling two or three times a week and each and every time Adrian, or some other rep, told me that things were slow and that they would pay me next week... eventually they told me they would pay me in two weeks and now, lately, it has been we will pay you when WE decide.

Well, I finally decided that I needed some advice, so I posted in the RX asking if there was anything I could do. I got some pretty negative responses. The General offered to help and called BML to see why they would not pay me. Well, they told him that I should call and work with them so I did. When I called, Adrian gave me an ultimatum: either I take down or change my post or they would delay paying me for a longer period of time and that they had an official policy that BML does not pay people who have cause them bad publicity. I wrote to the General and he called Adrian to see why they said that.

Now at this point, Adrian just decided to tell one lie after another.
First, he told the General that I had been paid and that I had no withdrawal pending (A COMPLETE LIE) and he even sent him a bogus Neteller transaction Number from April 7. Here is the e-mail:

"Hi Pete,
As requested here is the transaction in question:
payable by April 7th $1000.00 redemption under the following number:
NT394553.Hopefully Neteller will help you track this
transaction.
Sincerely,
Adrian

Well, needless to say, I called neteller and they told me that this was indeed a Neteller transfer from BML, but not to my account (surprise surprise). So I called BML and Adrian "had just left." I spoke to Henry at customer service and he told me that he would get a hold of Jay for me.

I waited and I received the following e-mail:

"We have, at bml redemption department, talked with Jay about your call and have been told to send you an email saying that tomorrow afternoon he will get in touch with you to discuss this matter personally, we ask for your patience and recommend to wait till then so more concrete information and actions can be discussed.
Best Regards,
Customer Service Dpt.

So, again I called Jay today to see if we could work this out.
When I called, I was put on hold for about 20 minutes so I hung up and called back. Well again I was put on hold. So I hung up and called back. This time Adrian answered and told me the following:

1. Jay does not want to speak to you.
2. As I told you before, we will not pay you until you get Pete off our back and take down the post on the prescription.
3. We will pay you IF and WHEN we want and there is nothing you can do about it.

I told Adrian that I was giving him one last chance before I posted this message. He told me to do what I wanted, but warned me that if I did, I would never get paid.

I am doing this post, and I plan to post this periodically, to try and help some other innocent people out there. BML is comprised of evil people. They have got to be stopped. They are giving good books a bad name.

Thanks all. I think that everyone should call them and pass this advice along. They should not be allowed to do this.

Just called.. and spoke with Adrian..

I specifically asked why they don't play their players and why he works for a book that does this..

His response was he cannot discuss the situation with an outside party.. which I understand... but he also went on to say that these problems are only with a few customers and not as a whole.

I don't know what their deal is.. but it's safe to say they won't see a dime from the RX crowd...hopefully.

If Adrian is saying that is just a few customers, why would he pick me?

Have you contacted the Costa Rican Government regarding your issue?

Not saying this will help...but, I recommend that you immediately notify the CR Government (department which issues business licenses, as well as enforces law) requesting advice as to what actions can be taken regarding the criminal acts being committed by a licensed business of their country...if anything, you will be testing the Government's ability, or lack their of, to respond to such businesses, documenting that they are aware of such criminal acts...perhaps exposing all here to what a joke Costa Rica is regarding their business licenses and criminal processes.

GL and keep us posted.

I think there is a guy there that goes by the name of Omar.

call and ask for him.

tell him that some guy in the posting forums is real crazy and is ready to post the owners (bmlsports) information all over the web.

tell them you are sorry for posting but unless you get paid this guy is gonna do it (it is out of your hands)

tell him that the guy won't do it if you post back that you got your money AND that EVERYONE THAT BML EVER SCREWED GETS PAID AND IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.

good luck

BTW I know this post makes it sound like it's me that would post the info (it's not) but I am going to call the guy that said he would do this the next time BML screwed someone (this guy is gonna explode)

Burned

Calling the CR government will not help at all. Who in the government are you going talk to? And what are they going to do for you? They already know there are honest shops and corrupted ones.

See, there is something SOME people wont understand. The problem doesn’t lie on the country where the business is run but in the integrity of those who run it.

Buddyboy

Now, that is a good idea! I don’t think they want their REAL names displayed here.

I called Adrian again minutes ago. He states that Jay will personaly investigate the Neteller transaction to see if there was an error made. They will keep me & Burned informed.

Burned,

Adrian stated he will send you an email to verify this.

BML says they paid Neteller. Burned states Neteller says the monies did not go into his account. BML says they will contact Neteller on this matter.

At this point, It seems to be easy to determine whether money is owed or not.

There are tons of players complaints regarding this book and being slow paid or not paid. They are short on cash and stall hoping you will lose the rest of the money.

And why would anyone play with a book with the following clause.

Bring Me Luck Sports also has the following withdrawal clause "In order to maintain a regular $1000.00 maximum of weekly withdrawal amount, all customers must at least wager 20% of the monthly redemption amount and maintain activity for the last 2 weeks".

Also this book tried pulling a BS scam on endorsements.

Spoke to a CLERK there just a minute ago. Seems employees not getting paid, and he thought also the software provider was pulling the plug.

Still not sure why he offered this info to me. Must be pissed off....LOL
