Should I be payed or shutup?

I have been playing at a sportsbook that has a "close call parlay" where if u miss one team of a 5 to 8 team parlay u receive a payout of 1-1 to 4-1.

On Sunday I had a 6 teamer and 7 teamer both qualify for a payout by only losing one game, when I contacted the sportsbook for payout I was informed that they apologized I had not been informed but this promotion had ended on Jan. 12th.

Ok, so they didnt inform anyone and the end date wasnt listed anywhere on their site, fair enough. But I just logged on to the site and the "Close Call Parlay" is still being listed prominently from a link on their main page as an enticement for new and re-up players.

Noone was informed the promotion was over or its end date, they still advertise the promotion to get new money and to top it off I've lost a bucketload of money at this sportsbook (for me). The money is a pittance really but should I be payed or just shutup and stop whining?

Its still on their web site and there is no ending date so they should pay you!

Yup, you deserve to get paid if your story is true.

You might want to email Buzz at sportsbookreview since he has a close relationship with the VIP books.

If its still up, you should be paid, however, make sure what your looking at right now is a current version of their website and not some old cache version which most computers keep....

Like I said it wasnt alot of money but Buzz and VIPSports went above my expectations to resolve this matter and left me completely satisfied, thx to all who helped.
