Man I can't wait for baseball again. It was actually my first time watching this game.....
I had it on the radio when it was acually being played. What a game! Those fans were simply stunned after the eigth inning.
At www.mlb.com you can download individual games for $3.95. I have downloaded game 7 of the world series and game 6 of the NLCS. I figure I'll probably never have a bet like I did on the Marlins again so I wanted a little piece of history so to speak.
The Marlins were such an incredible team to follow last year. To me they were a perfect example of what a team should be. It wasn't about egos or salaries, but about playing as a team. Every game you could tell these guys were having a ton of fun. That's how sports should be played. And ya gotta love Jack Mckeon. They were the best team in baseball last year because they played with such heart. I really hope they maintain that passion this year, even if they have lost a couple players. With A.J. Burnett back, they actually have a better starting rotation.
