Who are the top oddsmakers in the off-shore industry?

Like to know what men are consider the top line-makers or oddsmakers at the different off-shore books.Anyone who has a pretty good opinion on this subject please reply.I'm sure the Shrink has a pretty good idea as well as Wild Bill.
