Still taking deposits without the addition of this "investor" and influx of cash?

So whats the deal...
Super Bowl is gonna help you get a few people on the top end of the totum pole paid?

I saw a newbie just deposited.. Who got his money.. a mod somewhere?

Agree they should not take new deposits until their fate is decided.

Sounds like that would be the ETHICAL thing to do. So are there any talks? Any chance some other book might just buy them out?

If they don't take new deposits, their fate will be decided. This one fooled me, I have to admit. I usually don't fall for the Kenny and Russy spin, but the Flexcard gimmick reeled me in.

This is why we need to have a REAL watchdog for online books: the US government. They need to legalize it then regulate it.

If they did, these things would not occur because people would be going to jail instead of going to Panama for Superbowl parties with dirty postup money.

They are waiting for someone to step in. So far he is late. Some Employees have left Pan AM.

Even if he does come in... What do we have?

Everyone in the forum is cheering for them and I am cheering for those players to get theirs.

Dell Dude-

One problem with US government regulating it is that the gov would make everybody pay their taxes: players and books. That would be a big chunk of money getting drained out of the industry each year.
If a player loses 1000 at book A and wins 1000 at book B, the player has to use his real identity and SSN to prove to government that is net win/loss is 0 or gov will make him pay $250 taxes on book B win.

I don't see the bookmakers giving up 1/4 to 1/3 their bottom line in taxes.

How does it work in the uk or other places that
regulate the bookies....also would not the panam players pay the taxes to get their money back (i am one of those). Just my opinion but i would perfer the uk model to what we have now.
