I am learning the hard way. In short, i received the email for 20%, sent 1250 and was then told i was not getting a bonus since i withdrew back in september (whatever that means).well this was friday and i played about 6000 in action and called for a withdrawal this morning and was told i have to wait 30 days (which takes it after the superbowl btw). I told them i never got the bonus but they said it doesnt matter. Finally a manager got on and said that if i insist on not waiting they were taking back the western union fees(i never received any bonus). I told them to close the account and they are stalling paying me and when i asked about transferring with another book i was told they no longer are doing transfers out with any other book.

they have a 30 day rule regarding fees and bonus. its the same as mvp, players superbook

they used to post on the boards but dont anymore. They are in no way connected to bcbets. Bcbets are a much more professional book. I got sapped in because they kept emailing their stupid bonus emails. Should have known better. I dont think they will be around much longer. Just to give you an idea of waht this book is all about, i had to email them something and i had to wait an hour because the c/s rep told me flat out they only have one computer and the manager is using it

.the situation is almost laughable.they can keep the 83.00 western union fee from the deposit, i just want to be done with them

Did you happen to read their written rules ? :

"Re-Deposit Bonus!
When you re-deposit $200 US or more in new funds you are awarded a 10% Immediate Cash Bonus. Money withdrawn and then re-deposited does not qualify for the re-deposit bonus!"

Why did you start another thread mentioning a book going under?? I already told you that they are under the mvpsportsbook.com umbrella. So if TCBets did go under MVPSportsbook has a responsibility to take care of everyone. Do you know how many books Dalton of MVP owns.

It's been a while since we have spoken about "bootsandwiper". She used to post here as "benstern". Here is the whole story about "Debra". She was paid $1700 that she then proceded to charge us back on. (Thanks we appreciated that ). She then redeposited this past weekend. She was not entitled to a bonus because she was not sending us new funds, but funds that we had sent her previuosly. We did pick up her fees. This morning she requested a payout. I informed her that we would process her payout and would be charging her for fees and for her chargeback. She then claimed that she did not charge back her account. Well I have the printouts from the company that she charged us back on sitting on my desk. She also sent in documentation with different names and addresses. I spoke to some other offshore operators that said that they wouldn't pay her at all since she won $1700 from a charged back transaction. We are going to pay her every dollar that she is owed. I have her western union info in my hands and as soon as I am done responding here I am going to call her with the info.If any other offshore operators would like to call for more details please feel free to. By the way if you are such a believer of Sting's articles,then you should see that
I won $250,000 at the BOS party so I don't think that we are going anywhere.

I hope that this settles the issue.
Debra, have fun scamming other sportsbooks.

I hope everyone else took advantage of our great bonus this last weekend.

Screw that.....If you are absolutely 100% certain that she is the same person who charged back the $1700, fukk her.

At the very least, take that $1700 out of the proceeds of this pending payment.

tinco- i have heard some people use the term chargeback on the forum. what exactly is that?

Marmot, it's referring to cancelling a credit card deposit. They make up a story to the CC issuing bank, and they "void" the transaction.

Scumbags like to pull it off after the proceed to lose their ass or after they have managed to get a payout by another method.

i just got in and would like to answer this b.s....I have never charged back !I have never even deposited by credit card with them either. This is b.s, plain and simple. If tcbets has proof that i charged back 1700.00 or any amount prove it. this is ultimate b.s...

yes, sent it to the moderator..i will not be able to post again until wed but i would appreciate if the mod can email when they receive this mystery chargeback for 1700.00..this should be interesting as i dont have or have not had a credit card for 8 years
