To The Shrink

I have been a reader of this forum for probably a year. I tried to register last week and was having problems with the confirmation email I was sent. Long story short.. you did nothing to help, all but 1 email went unanswered. I had to make a new email account.. and then it worked. maybe you guys dont like AOL. I like the site or I wouldnt have went through all this. but please.. take the contact us option off of this site, 'cause it is a complete joke.

If Shrink doesn't handle matters pertaining to this web site any more, doesn't it make sense to at least change the "contact us" link to a moderator who will actually read the messages and be able to act on them?

General will help you, he is the best. Shrink is worthless. Of no help or response on simple things in the past.

AOL is the problem, Thrill. There filtering system is so screwed up that alot if sites are deemed spammers so you don't receive alot of legit mails.

I had this same problem back in Oct of 2002 and explained the situation back then. Sad to see that it still hasn't been resolved, very dumb and sad of a business to let many potential posters slip away because they are using AOL.

The most important thing for a business to succeed is details!
