I am just curious as why the Royal Corp requires you to send them your picture ID before being able to request a withdrawal? Why do they require this and Pinnacle, Olympic, etc doesn't?

(Also If you send your licesne can you block out your # (same with Passport)??)

Thanx

About 5% of books require this now.

Security reasons to protect you the comsumer.

At first was leary, but then decided it was no big deal.

Dante- Some books however require your drivers license even if your withdrawing through Neteller.

Neteller is by far the best way to withdraw though.

I have only run across 1 book that wants ID for that which makes ZERO sense to me ...when you dep VIA neteller your already ID'ed by neteller.

They have your netller info and just need to send it back the same route it came to them. as long as they KNOW its you requesting it. You have your password for the site .

maybe im offbase here but I see no need for ID with neteller withdrawals

Even if withdrawing by neteller ID is required at Royal. I believe this is done to try to deter people from having multiple accounts.

Thanx guys.

Peteep, I am happy to hear you got your 2500 with no problems. I am requesting a 5000 withdrawal today. Hopefully it will come hassle-free.

Well I can only request 2500 per day anyway.

Plus their financial manager is not in now.

So I have to wait.

Neteller is great if you're not overly concerned with privacy or security, and are only using it for in-out transfers to books. In that capacity it is hard to think of a better system, but as an overall payment solution it is very poorly-implemented.

Any book that does not require ID to open an account should not require ID for making a withdrawal. If they have it as standard policy in their ToS then you should have read the fine print; otherwise I'd pull out of the book entirely and recommend against using them to anyone who asked.
