I've been close 3 times, two years ago in MLB at Pinnacle I played a 8 team ML dog parlay that hit 7 out of 8 with the only loser being the DRays being the only loser 5-3, it was the first game of the night so I lost right off the bat but watched to other bets all come in. What sucks is that I initially took the Angels on the RL(and they won like 10-2) but all my other picks were dogs SU so I switched it back to the DRays, (I even had KCity around +300 in the parlay and they were playing the Yankees in Yankee stadium that night.
$10 would have netted just over $17,000
the second one happened this year in college Oct 11 to be exact, I had a 7 team ML parlay on
MIZZOU +218 over Nebraska
WISCONSIN +134 over Ohio St.
MICHIGAN +102 Over minnesota
COLORADO ST. +118 Over BYU
AUBURN +192 Over Arkansas
GTech +173 Over Wake Forest
KANSAS +232 Over Colorado
They all came up winners except Kansas who takes an 11 pt. halftime lead on a hail mary pass at Fulsom Field against Colorado before blowing the lead and going into overtime before losing by 3 points. WHAT A HEARTBREAKER!!!

And last but not least was a 8 team torture teaser $20 to win $100,000 which took place on Oct 25, 26. A Torture Teaser is like a teaser but it works in reverse, thus you have the huge payout...

the final game was the 49ers and Cardinals Over 41, which I teased to the Over 48, the first five minutes of the game both teams score touchdowns, I called skybook.com and told them that I would settle at $15,000 if they'd pay me after the first touchdown and right before the second but they said no. With about two minutes left in the first Qtr. Terrel Owens scored what appeared to be the 3rd touchdown on the game and giving me 20 pts. on a 48 pt. total in the first Qtr. alone, however the play was reversed and the rest is history as Owen Pochman and the Cardinals fag kicker proceed to miss 5 F-ing FG's the rest of the game. On a game where I needed the Over 48, I would have won on the under 34
-on a side note, the second time the Cardinals and 49ers met that season, the over under was 41, the teams combined for 64
there you have it, my sob stories...so far...

I once hit a pair of Kentucky Derby exactas in the same year for 24K(via a pair of $300 bets), which the subsequent checks written out forced my accountant to fill out the old "winnings from games of chance" line on my taxes.
And had the exact same 5 $300 six-team/six-point teasers hit before at 7/1(actually needed the extra points on one game/when does that ever happen on a good teaser?), also hit Jax vs.GB in their maiden year as a hedge/middle versus the Pack as the last game on the 5 cards that Sunday night for an additional 3 dimes, but am still waiting for that elusive $100 ten-team/all-dog card that is gonna get me fifty pieces.
