Best RX Posters

I've only been posting here for a little while and lurking for a little longer but as the year draws to a close I thought I'd start up a thread to honour the RX's best posters. Here's my non-comprehensive list in no particular order:

Wild Bill: this guy always has something intelligent to say and never loses his cool

Dante: another constructive poster, avoids wars, seems like he'd be a good guy to have a beer with

Wilheim: This guy is a good poster and contributes some pretty sweet pics. I think he's very sensitive and probably writes poetry in his spare time

Patriot: Love him or hate him he always makes the Political forum interesting. I imagine him in a beret sipping a cappuccino at a cafe in Cambridge posting on his Mac notebook.

Lander: Cher to Patriot's Sonny, LUke Skywalker to Patriot's Darth Vader, the NY Yankees to Patriot's Red Sox. I think they may be the same guy.

Phaedrus: This guy is a serious poster and if you step up to him you better have your shit together. He puts effort into his posts and it shows. He possibly lives in the mountains with a large cache of weapons and a 3 year supply of canned food....

Please add to this list, and avoid a worst poster category because it's Christmas for Pete's sake.

Where do you start? So many people on here have knowledge and insight that goes beyond recognition. Amazing what people are willing to give away for free here. I swear in Vegas during the times I was serious about betting you couldn't get much information out of most guys you wanted it from and the guys you knew had nothing of value wouldn't shut up. That is why so many people respect Lem Banker, he is a guy that is willing to listen and share with just about anyone that is willing to do the same. Many times Lem would come into the Stardust to be interviewed on radio and afterwards it wasn't uncommon to see people waiting for him to finish so they could chat it up with him and at times Lem would be there a couple hours past what he had to be. That is why I was so shocked to see people come on here awhile back and take shots at Lem. If you knew the guy and realized the crowd he has to operate in, you would never have a bad word to say about the guy.

That is what we can only hope for here, people that know a lot and aren't shy about helping us all out.

I've never tried to set up a "my favourite posters" list ... WildBill seems to top everybody's (one reason I suspect why he is now a columnist for the Rx) ... but most of my favourite posters are the ones who put cash in my pocket; decent conversation can be found in any bar. As such I would like to put out props to:

Occam's Razor *10
dogball (just 102 days 'til MLB 2004!!!)
MadCapper
SixthSense

sometimes winkyduck and/or -SLIM-, when you can find them posting picks

No disrespect by way of ommission to any other profitable poster; these are just the ones I have followed and made money with consistently.

This was good thread. Can anyone add to it and maybe for the futue we can have new posting section where all the mods pick good threads not like the silly ones I do and put them all together?
