I hate it when it is this cold. I have to wear pants at this temp and a jacket in the morning.

It is now 1 degree here (western Massachusetts) with a low of -13 expected tonight. If the wind is blowing you can really get into trouble on a night like this.

A good night to work on my baseball database...

Last night, got down to -34 Real, -48 Wind Chill. Wind chill -51 a couple of hours north.

Supposedly it was colder here than it was on Mars.

Mars can get pretty cold, but Halifax you are right depending on the season, temperatures on Mars are warmer than wherever you are. The average temperature on Mars is about 218 K (-55 C, -67 F), Martian surface temperatures range widely from as little as 140 K (-133 C, -207 F) at the winter pole to almost 300 K (27 C, 80 F) on the day side during summer, very toasty indeed.

I think Halifax takes the cake.

-25 to -30 tomorrow with the wind chill here. Doesnt even compare to what he's dealing with.
