Are there any sports books that offer fixed early win odds for horse racing?
However small the limits are i just wondered whether there is an alternative and more reliable guide to the likely odds than the morning line which is a bit of a joke.

Some books have tried it and they got their lunch handed to them, simply to tough to do.IMO Even with low limits the book is only going to attract business they don't want
It says a lot for the handicappers in the US that they can't do it or says a lot of the racing in US is fixed as all the UK bookies do it and do it profitably.
