Haven't played there in a while but I think better numbers can be found elsewhere. They pay well but the 30 day rule definitely sucks.

Yes, never have agreed with books that have the 30 day rule. Unless you are at least welcome to be able to withdraw your winnings, which in that case I have no problem with.

I don't like the 30-day rule, but it seems to me that it also means that they are not desperately looking for players. They appear to be in a good financial state.

Been in business for years. They spend a ton on advertising and have a good base of players.

Though a safe place to play at by most accounts, they are an overrated book for the reasons already mentioned, plus a couple more:

1. Their Moneyline spreads border on criminal.

2. They charge a 4% fee for Neteller withdrawals above and beyond a single $2,500 per month withdrawal. Generally, I don't have a problem with a book making the player pay the withdrawal fees (that's the book's prerogative). The problem I have is that I don't THINK Neteller charges MVP 4% to process a withdrawal - I think MVP charges the customer a couple of percentage points higher than their actual cost, as a penalty for / hindrance to using Neteller.

The most you can withdraw on any one day using neteller is $2500. They giveyou 1 day every 3 days to withdraw as much as you wnat at no charge. But if you want to use neteller you can only get the 2500. The rest you have to get by check, or withdraw a different day and pay the 4% whihc is ridiculous.

What really makes this book even more insane is that if you want to withdraw your money before 30 days, besides taking back the bonus, they will hit you with a deposit fee (in the case of neteller this is 4%). It is the only book I know of, where you can deposit money, roll it a number of times, and then be hit with a DEPOSIT fee, because you chose to withdraw your money prior to waiting 30 days

Main thing is that MVP is a solid book, if you play there, just have in mind the 30 day policy, if that's not a problem, then i'll say go ahead.

It can be a nightmare if you happen to go on a nice winning streak there and then try to withdraw, the fees and foregone bonuses will kill you if you want to make a partial withdrawal.

This happened to me when I was about halfway through the 30 day rollover and making a neteller for $2500 was going to cost me over $2000 in bonuses/fees, that right, over $2000! True most of it would just be giving back earned bonuses but once you have counted the bonus money in your bottom line, you really don't want to just give it back.

The reason was I had been losing a lot to them just prior to my good run and the bonuses I had earned on all that lost money was still within the 30 day window.

I waited till the 30 days past then took a neteller withdrawal which was free, but everyone after that cost me $100. They only allow a max of $2500 per day by neteller.

I had a big chunk of change there and was not comfortable leaving so much money in one spot so I ended up making several more withdrawals that week which all cost $100 each.

The thing is, I don't have a problem with most of these policies since it will keep bonus whores out which is good for the industry.

Have no idea whether they are incurring and passing on the 4 % neteller fee to the customer or whether it is a revenue grab.

They are a good book and I have never been slow paid by them. Overall I would recomend them.

Pancho,

The 4% neteller fee that they (and I think even bluegrass) charge is a "revenue grab." Neteller charges 2% up to $30 per $2500 withdrawal. On deposits neteller charges 4%. SO when these guys charge you 4% on withdrawals its just a way to get you to not only cover the withdrawal fees, but the deposit fees as well.

My overall opinion of these guys is that they are fine if your a small player, but anyone who has the potentila to win 5 dimes or more in a onth would be crazy to play with them. Their withdrawal fees are just too high.
