I would agree.

Those guys charged me $40 for a tiny neteller withdrawl after

1) Their on-line chat said there would be no fee

2) When you make the request on-line it clearly shows the cost as being $0.00

Then the customer service people take this really arrogant stance and DO NOTHING.

Sirbet, you are not the only game in town
Shape up!

Who did you speak with and what did they say? If you do not mind sharing.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, and got all my neteller withdrawls for free...odd you had issues.

I requested a withdrawl on-line via neteller for a very small amount. It clearly stated on the witdrawal page that the cost was $0.00 to do this and then asked me to confirm. (Note: for other options, such as WU there was a cost listed). So, my withdrawal is processed then I go back in a few days later to see they hit me with a $40 charge.

I pointed this out to Sirbet's mgt. and this was his response:

You are right when you make a withdrawal request via Neteller, the request shows zero. In the system there is no way for the software to differentiate between the first (which is free), second, third, or fourth withdrawal request for the week. We manually go in and do these Neteller withdrawals.

We have been going back and forth.... Bottom line I am now out $40 for a small little withdrawal from my account. They can keep my $40. I am sure its goign to cost them a whole lot more...

I can echo goldenpick as well. When you deal with them on the phone they are very rude and arrogant. They need to learn about Customer relationships. I don't need to deal with this nonsense.

so you made multiple neteller withdrawals within a week? Of course there are going to be fees for that...most books will give you one neteller withdrawal per month for free.. this is not a point o be crying about IMO...

The point is not that I made multiple withdrawals (TWO to be precise). The point is their withdrawal page indicated that the charge would be $0.00 fot my specific withrawal. THEN they charged me.

Of course had I known there would be a $40 fee, I would not have made my small withdrawal. When a sportsbook makes a mistake like this (which they concede), I expect them to make it right. Furthermore, there is never an excuse for rudness and arrogance.

TK,
Maybe you have taken the time to read their banking policies before playing instead of whinning about this now. 1 free per week is generous.
