it seems like the Panthers are gonna have to win this game with 12 vs. 13 IMO. I saw the refs call a flinch by the D a false start, a rough hit/block after a play with no call that the Panthers should've gotten and a couple other of calls. John Fox is compounding the problems with bad coaching on top of that.
