I am in Chesapeake and it is coming down like crazy, sheesh. I first noticed it at about 1:30 a.m. or so last night and it looks like it hasn't stopped. I am going to be snowed in my darn hotel.

Costa Rica is the place to be. Too cold back home.

I do miss having a snow day and not going to school. They don't have that here.

I was really just poking some fun out there... in all honesty the weather TODAY in Costa Rica is quite crappy, at least here in the capital city of San Jose

We are in what is farmers refer to as "LAS PINTAS". It is believed that the first 12 days of the month of January tell what each month's weather will be like.

Today, is the 9th, so supposedly September would be cloudy, drizzly, somewhat windy. It will probably rain tomorrow and the day after since usually those are our rainy months, October and November. I will probably carry an umbrella with me tomorrow just to be safe.

Now... According to this satellite shot, the weather in the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica should be ALL SUN...

OH... and to many a reader's surprise... LOOK, COSTA RICA IS NOT AN ISLAND!
