Well, it looks like PRESTIGE sports books has decided to take the low road
in
confiscating my and my friends winnings and bonuses. I asked my friend
to
run my account for me, that is to make some plays on my behalf, and he
did.
About six or seven in fact. He ran the account up for a few thousand
he ran
his own account up a thou or two also. PRESTIGE decided that because he
called
in plays for both accounts, fraud is involved and therefore it is ok
and
ethical and wise to confiscate the account winnings and bonuses and
send
back the original deposits, which he did. Both accounts are out a
total of
about five.

What do you think?

I tried to persuade D that the accounts shouldn't be confiscated and
suggested some alternatives. For instance, if he thinks we both played
the
same plays to circumvent limits, then just pay to the limit. I have
opinions of others regarding similar situations, where the sport book
should pay the entire balance, minus bonuses and show them the door.

It is possible that D will read this thread and listen to the opinions
expressed here.

Can anyone on this forum help?

Sorry

I would NEVER even think about having somebody else CALL in plays on MY phone account.

I believe whole heartedly that you were not trying to scam Prestige. However, you are playing with fire when you allow someone to CALL in plays on your account.

Next time perhaps, have him give you his plays via email, and you put them in yourself.

Best of luck in the future.

General;

These guys are all part of a group of scammers. Low life scumbags that tried to pull a fast one on Prestige, they were caught and shown the door by Prestige.

How did they do it?

3 guys sign up with the book, at the time of signing up all 3 are given sign-up and referral bonuses, then 1 guy calls all the wagers in for all 3 accounts.

The 3 guys in question are all related to a famous scammer (D.M.), who posts in here by the name of bettor1. This last guy has been blacklisted in Atlantic City for B.J. cheating.

Anyhow, Prestige kicked'em out and gave em back their deposits, one of the scammers told the guy from Prestige that he and his 300 friends were gonna come down to CR and kill him...
