guys, I need some help w/ Partypoker....

does anyone know someone high up there, or actually competent, that can help with a situation....

I have been screwed out of 100.00 with their deposit functions....I have faxed them the proof, but trying to get someone to understand, or do something about it is almost impossible.....

Every time i call or live chat i get a new person, have to explain the whole story, then i get "i will get back with you" which they never do.....

getting very frustrating....

any help would be appreciated....

35 minutes and counting right now that i have been on live chat, going back and forth....

but they told me to Please bear with them, they are looking into it...

they have had the papers i faxed them over 24 hours now, its clear cut....

bucsfan87, just a FYI they have 20k people playing at all times and over 100k customers. 24 hours is nothing to freak out about. Give them ample time to review and remedy a situation. Anyone can make a mistake.

you're right castaway, but it was 24 hours since i faxed the papers....this has been going on for weeks....only 2 days ago did they say to fax the papers to prove what they should have known all along...thats why i was frustrated..

They wouldn't just steal your money. They'd rather let their rigged decks and action flops steal it from you without you even knowing you've been ripped off.

Yes, bucsfan that happens all of the time with them. They always say that THE ONLY person to fix something is off that day. I have actually switched to a better site now,

pokerstars.com

pokerstars is the premier site for the best players though, so newbies wouldnt want to play there too much. But they have great tournaments. I won a $12,000 first prize satellite tournament 6 months ago.

I play at pokerstars about 4 nights a week while watching TV

By the way, you think that deposits at partypoker can be tough, JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU ASK FOR A PAYOUT!!!!!! It took them 5 days to send me a $4000 payout about 1 year ago. I believe that I posted about that as well. At least I got paid, but to get paid using neteller here is what they required.

First of all, after 36 hours, THEY FINALLY ask me to fax ID and documents. Then they change their minds and want more documents on the 3rd day. Then on the fifth day i was promised payment, but that actually occured on the 6th day.

They actually closed my account during that 6 day process because I was getting pretty pissed after 24 hours went by and no emails or payment.

After having a few managers cussing at me from partypoker, i decided to play with the big boys and switch to pokerstars and I am glad that I did since i won that $12,000

I'm button +2 folded to me with 77. I raised 2.5x bb

i get reraised from button +1 to about 5-6x bb. I call. I have him on KK/AA

dream flop. 678 2 hearts. At worst he has AKh

I bet the pot. He raises to 1.5x the pot. Now i know he has AA/KK. Knowing he will call i set him allin.

He thinks.. thinks thinks.. calls. He flashes up AA as i knew and he sees my 77(7).

Hey Bucs-

I had the same problem with a company a little while ago. Their name was Big Bet Poker. I don´t know what happened to this company, but their CS was horrible. Glad to hear you got your money. Sucks when someone touts you to a company and it turns out that they are nothing more than a scam job, huh.

I've played at Party for a while now and never had this problem. Had to call a couple of times to get a status but never a hassle and the payout was in my Neteller within 30 minutes of my phone call. Oh by the way, some of the cashouts were north of 4k and they never asked for an ID.

Pokerstars is a technically superior site that offers better service. What I do not like is that cashouts take 2 days (Party quotes 2 or 3 but generally delivers in 1), the players are tougher, and they do not have as good of a game selection as Party. My win rate there is lower so I figure if the other things are not worth a very much then why play there.
