One idea I would suggest would be to have a free tel. number everyone can call and get direct info. on sportsbooks around the world and then have a customer call the sportsbook back to get more info. and start from there.

depends if its a long time book or new one IMO. NEW ones are going to have a hard time no matter what they do IMO

Offer reduced juice similar to what Pinnacle offers. This, however, is easier said than done.

I think by showing how many customers a book has to someone new wanting to play there with hesistancy, the new player will feel more likely to try it out because of the volume of people there.

If I was the manager of a book I would let my members know and other interested people know too, just to get their business.

Seriously, I don't think there's much they can do. The market is saturated and anyone with a desire to bet on sports is already doing so. If you have a brandable web site you can advertise on the radio and then the feds will march in and say they can't do it so that's out.

I would insure I had some reason for everyone to enter the WEB site each day and at least have a look around. Maybe its a free contest, maybe a joke of the day, maybe a promotion, a naked lady, some reason where you would go and log in and look over the lines every day.

I would just look at what the top books are doing and do more or less the same. Then when I get to their level I would think about taking things a step further. How's that for a vague answer?

The detailed answer is in the premium package

I think premium customers are almost all gone. Even what we might consider premium customers often are expensive. I have a buddy that practically deposits and withdraws every frickin week. I mean the guy has won thousands at Party Poker and he has never left a balance of more than $800. He wins $3000 and takes it out. Then he slowly loses it back, a $500 or $1000 deposit at a time. He loves bonuses not because he is a bonus whore, but because it covers his juice. He deposits $500 and bets it all, so he needs the 10% juice so he can make the bet a clean $550. He isn't a winning player by any stretch of the imagination, but if the guy wins 9 times out of 10 he will be taking a dime out of that book after the game is over. And I know there are tons of players just like him left over, they bet with bookies or they bet offshore, but they don't like to leave money in account and never make it to normal credit customers. These are many of the best customers left, who wants them???
